RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Bondi EV piece is hand built and hand painted, made to be loved for a lifetime. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below before getting in touch.

Online Orders — Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Items can be exchanged for store credit, valid for 12 months.

To arrange a return or exchange:

1. Email us at hello@bondiev.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Ship via a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Bondi EV is not liable for breakages during return transit.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit within 5 business days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, photos of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit. You do not need to return the damaged piece.

A note on handmade pieces:

Minor variations in glaze, texture, and form are an inherent part of each piece and are not considered faults.
