RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Bondi Ev piece is hand built and hand painted, made to be loved for a lifetime. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, and will be exchanged for store credit valid for 12 months.

How to arrange a return or exchange:

1. Email hello@bondiev.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3. Ship via a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and Bondi Ev is not liable for breakages during return transit.

4. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Items damaged in transit Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit — you don't need to return the damaged piece.

A note on handmade pieces Minor variations in glaze, texture, and form are an inherent part of every handmade piece and are not considered faults.
